So, the hub asks what I want for my birthday, and after thinking about it for a little while, I come up with this brilliant answer.
“Well, I don’t want to make you feel like I just asked you to hold my purse for me outside the mall bathroom, but could you get me a DVD season of The Golden Girls?”
The hub and I had the opportunity to see the new Cirque Du Soleil show ‘Love’ Based on The Beatles Legacy . It was good, ran a bit too long, but the performers were phenomenal! The one huge problem I had was with the song interpretation of ‘Blackbird’ I don’t think Lennon and McCartney had in mind an actual rectal exam. I hope the directors decide to change that before the show ‘goes public’.
